There are nine units contained within this qualification structure.
This unit is about improving individual management and leadership skills and competencies against objectives.
Unit 5002 : Information based decision making
This unit is about the communication and use of information to support decision making.
Unit 5003 : Performance management
This unit is about the management of individual and team performance.
Unit 5004 : Resource management
This unit is about identifying, planning, using and evaluating resources to meet objectives.
Unit 5005 : Meeting Stakeholders and Quality Need
This unit is about meeting stakeholder requirements to agreed quality standards and seeking improvements.
Unit 5006: Conducting a management project
This unit is about identifying, researching and producing a work-related project and evaluating its impact.
Unit 5007: Financial control
This unit is about financial systems and controls and the impact of external factors on organizational financial management.
Unit 5008: Marketing Planning
This unit is about understanding the role of marketing, the organization's current market position and planning for widening markets.
Unit 5011 : Managing recruitment and selection.
This unit is about identifying a need for staff, selecting objectively and inducting effectively within legal and organizational requirements.
What qualification shall I receive if I participate in the CMI program?
CMI Award in Management and Leadership
Candidates need to complete one unit only to achieve the Award qualification
CMI Certificate in Management and Leadership
Candidates need to complete any two units to achieve the Certificate qualification.
CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership
Candidates need to complete all nine units to achieve the diploma qualification.
Program Duration:
The total duration of the CMI Diploma in Management is 9 months (3-5 days per month: Saturdays full days, Sundays and Wednesdays evening sessions)

Individual = EGP 23,850 discount 5% from the original price in case of total advance payment.
ITC Clients = Pay 10-20% of EGP 25,200
