Who We Are?
LOGIC Management Consulting is a key regional player in management consulting and management services in the Middle East & Africa regions. Established in 1998, our goal was clear: to bridge the gap between the developing management society in the Middle East and its counterpart in the west.
We believe that a management revolution in our developing region will have high impact in reforming the Middle East and Africa economy and we are intent on having a leading role in sparking this revolution. Accordingly, we adopted a strategy of diversification in the management field to achieve our mission. LOGIC operates two main divisions covering Management Consulting (Strategy, Marketing, Branding, Sales, HR, ERP, Supply Chain, and Production Optimization) and Management Services (Training & Development and Market Research).
Both divisions serve a wide range of local, regional and multinational clients in the region and are recognized as market leaders in numerous service areas.
Since inception, our aim was to acquire the most up-to-date knowledge in different management functions and utilize this knowledge to maximize the value provided to our clients.
Working relentlessly toward continuous improvement, and stretching our potential, we have succeeded in developing in-house patented methodologies, models and tools that best serve to identify our clients specific requirements and cater to addressing them in the most effective and efficient manner. We believe that this represents our main competitive edge, and as such we strive to constantly upgrade and fine-tune these methodologies to remain in line with local and regional business environments.
