    • LOGIC Consulting Team covers the whole business spectrum that ranges from setting the Overall corporate strategy to delivering operational improvement through implementation of action plans. 
    • LOGIC Consulting Team approaches consulting assignments through one of two approaches: Top - Down (starting with a more strategic business view and is our most preferable approach), or Bottom - Up (focusing on individual operational functions) . This largely depends on the size of the business and the level of maturity it has reached. 
    • Our consulting Team will determine the scope of the consulting assignment in light of our numerous strong standardized product offerings (detailed later) in addition to our capability to tailor these offerings and customize them to address each client’s specific requirements.
