LOGIC Executive Education
LOGIC follows a systematic process that collectively aims at developing varied skills, capabilities, knowledge, and exposure required by leaders to best perform their responsibilities.
Our Program follows a holistic learning approach by using a mix of a consulting component and Executive Education. LOGIC uses different consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques to maximize knowledge retention levels. Tools used throughout the program include, but not limited to, case studies, workshops, simulations, book reviews, videos, polling / electronic voting, and hosting renowned guest speakers.
The selection of the Executive Education program involves a balancing process in order to serve the client needs. Some Clients require a customized program that serves an individual firm, while others require a program that covers multiple topics that integrates strategy, marketing, finance

1 LOGIC Executive Leadership Academy (ELA)
LOGIC EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY is designed based on a modular approach, with each module covering a different perspective of leadership to develop managers and senior managers’ leadership and management capabilities. It also aims to motivate participants and provide them with world class programs to boost their loyalty and maximize their retention. In addition, the academy prepares participants for the succession Prepare participants for the succession of the leadership positions in the organization.
All modules are stemming out of the “LOGIC 6 STEPS LEADERSHIP APPROACH”. The academy duration is 10 months and the modules will take place on a monthly basis for 7 consecutive months, with the exception of July, August & Ramadan.
