Nihal is a Principal at LOGIC Management Consulting with over 20 years of experience. My Experience

Nihal has extensive Real Estate and Construction expertise, leading large-scale transformation programs that align strategy, structure, and operations across major industry players. She spearheaded a transformation assignment for an EGP 1 billion real estate developer startup, starting with value chain analysis and opportunity identification to define a five-year vision and business model. She translated this strategy into clear objectives, KPIs, and initiatives, and developed a detailed organizational structure supported by charters, job descriptions, and comprehensive business processes benchmarked against leading practices in the Egyptian market. Nihal also led the design and deployment of a transformation project for an EGP 5 billion construction contractor, redesigning the organization to reflect strategic directions while benchmarking against global and local peers. Her work encompassed restructuring, job weighting, grading and salary design, KPI cascading, and the development of a five-year financial model. For an established real estate developer with over two decades in the market, Nihal guided a full Strategy Articulation exercise, linking opportunities to internal capabilities and cascading objectives across departments. She also managed the design of Strategic Dashboards using Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and initiatives, training teams on performance tracking and reporting. Additionally, she oversaw the mapping and optimization of 25 cross-functional processes, identifying bottlenecks and creating improved workflows with authority matrices and performance indicators to strengthen accountability and decision-making.
