My Experience
Amr led the development of many Family Constitutions for families of different sizes and with different generations (ranging from families comprising of first and second-generation up to families reaching the fifth generation).
Amr also established the related Family Institutions (Family Assembly and Family Council) and the Family Committees, and he nominated their heads, throughout this process, Amr coached different family business owners throughout the transformation journey.
