This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, consulting delivery, and automation/AI enablement.
You will support consultants through data-driven insights, develop automation assets, and help clients adopt next-generation agentic workflows that enhance productivity and decision-making.

Accountability
1. Agentic Workflow Design for Clients
– Design agentic workflows where AI agents assist in decision support and forecasting.
– Build prototypes and proof-of-concept intelligent assistants.
Map processes, workflows, and pain points into AI-enabled automation opportunities.
2. Data Analytics & Insight Generation
– Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets across industries.
– Support the consulting team in context engineering & development of customized AI tools to enable productivity
– Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities using complex data sets.
– Build dashboards, performance reports, and analytical models.
– Support hypothesis development and validation during consulting engagements.
3. Automating Consulting Deliverables
– Develop scripts, tools, and automation workflows to streamline consulting deliverables.
– Automate data processing steps, templates, and reporting processes.
– Build reusable analytics modules and IP assets.
– Integrate AI and no-code automation tools to enhance productivity.
4. Data & Digital Enablement
– Implement end-to-end data analytics solutions.
– Build analytical frameworks, data governance models, and BI toolkits.
– Support client adoption of analytical and AI tools.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in data science, AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
– 0-2 years of experience
Technical Skills
– Proficiency in Python and SQL.
– Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Power BI/Tableau.
– Knowledge of ML frameworks.
– Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, LLM workflows, APIs).
– Experience building dashboards, pipelines, or automation scripts.

Business & Consulting Skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
– Ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations.
– Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
– Passion for emerging technologies and AI.
Preferred Experience
– Analytics, consulting, or digital transformation experience.
– Exposure to AI agents or automation workflows.
