Seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or related commercial roles.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the annual Business Development Plan & Budget in collaboration with the Commercial Officer ensuring alignment with Corporate objectives & targets. Present to Management/CEO for approval.
  • Lead business development operations by conducting periodical market pulses,  attending networking events, identifying and leads .
  • Oversees the proposal generation process from identifying the proposal task force, availing the bidding requirements (Bios, Experts, Official documents, Credentials…), supporting the generation process to ensure efficient & timely submission.
  • Updating & reviewing the pipeline weekly ensuring updating case rating, following up with proposal owners & reporting status monthly.
  • Conduct periodical meetings with Project Managers to identify up-selling opportunities are identified to monitor & follow-up on all up-sell activities.
  • Monitor and analyze leads performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor the periodical update of the CRM system & present customer profiling analysis in collaboration with Marketing every 6 months.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or related commercial roles.
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic business writing
  • Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong networking abilities with the capacity to build and maintain valuable relationships.
  • Demonstrates leadership, analytical & follow-through skills.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate regular reports on lead generation, follow-up activities, and proposal success rates.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall business development effectiveness.
