We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Create visual content for editorial content, social media, websites, brochures, and presentations.
Create visually appealing articles with infographics and charts.
Develop eye-catching social media graphics and videos for various platforms.
Edit and produce motion graphics and video content for digital platforms.
Ensure all designs meet quality, creativity, and brand standards.
Review and proof designs for accuracy and quality.
Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

1-3 Years of Experience
Good command of English and Arabic
Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software (Photoshop-InDesign-Illustrator-Video Making and Editing Videos-Microsoft Office especially power point and slides generation)
Internet browsing experience
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a business environment.
Time-management skills.

0-1 Yrs. of experience in Knowledge Management, L&D or any relevant field.

Education: BSc in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Accountabalities

Basic Portal Management: Familiarity with content management systems or willingness to learn platforms like SharePoint.
Document Handling: Understanding of basic document creation and management using tools like Microsoft Word – PowerPoint.
L&D Platforms: Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) through coursework or internships is advantageous.
MS Office Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Technology Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new software and tools relevant to the role.
Assist in Managing the Knowledge Portal: Help maintain and update content to ensure it is current and accessible.
Support Document Collection and Revision: Aid in gathering documents from various departments and assisting in reviewing them for compliance.
Participate in Quality Assurance Processes: Learn and apply QA procedures to maintain high standards of documentation.
Help Maintain L&D Platforms and Processes: Assist in updating training modules, tracking participation, and supporting L&D initiatives.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with different departments to facilitate knowledge sharing and support company-wide initiatives.
