PartnerSeif has 15 years of professional experience with a track record of designing commercial strategies and plans with rigorous revenue & profit projections across wide range of industries to create and achieve turn arounds. His most recent turn-around strategy design was in the field of infrastructure. He also led the restructuring of complex organizations across the region, as well as led the digital transformation of major public and private sector organizations. This includes leading agile teams of developers, UX/UI designers and enterprise architects.
My Experience
Seif’s experience in advising the government and public sector is honed by his academic knowledge in public policy and management, which is derived from his master’s degree from King’s College London and his practical experience in advising leading governmental entities in both Egypt and the UAE and his practical experience as part of the investment promotion team at the General Authority for Investment in Egypt.
Seif also has practical experience in the Non-Banking financial sector, driven by his former capacity as a risk manager for a regional Micro-finance Institution (MFI). In his capacity as a risk manager Seif achieved tangible double-digit results in terms of enhancement in credit portfolio quality.
