An established Metal manufacturing firm in Egypt faced challenges with inefficient organizational structure and operational processes, hindering its growth. In response, they reached out for external support to overhaul their systems and facilitate expansion. The solution presented involved a comprehensive restructuring of the organization, improved process mapping, and selective recruitment of key management positions.

Outcome

Following the implementation of our recommended modifications, the company reduced internal inefficiencies with the updated organizational structure and the establishment of critical processes like sales & operational planning.
