Streamlining Organizational Design & Operations in Agriculture
Case Background
A leading Agriculture company in Egypt faced the challenge of inefficient organizational structure and lack of clear strategic direction. The company requested a comprehensive solution to redefine its operations and HR systems. In response, a complete overhaul of the existing system was designed and implemented.
Outcome
Our approach brought about a drastic transformation. The company now has a clear strategic direction with a follow-up mechanism on strategic initiatives and KPIs. The redesigned organizational structure clarified roles and responsibilities across functions. With an activated HR function, the company saw an improvement in performance management. The SOPs were rolled out across functions, and the project management office (PMO) started operating effectively as per the operating manual. The financial cycle was streamlined with all required financial reports availed, providing the client with enabled decision-making capability.
