Business Analyst

Starting your consulting career, you will engage in a unique journey of continued learning. This role expectations include researching and collecting relevant data to relate and ideate, exercise critical thinking and explore consulting hypothesis, analyze and summarize findings in a meaningful way, develop slides and capture thorough notes, and engage in corporate activities and seize every opportunity to learn.

Sr. Business Analyst

Having 1.5-3 years of experience, this job requires contributing your best to projects and clients, and maintaining consistent performance and learning. This role expectations include conducting research to drive hypothesis, test and elaborate hypothesis to solve clients’ problems, analyze findings and capture key insights, draft deliverables and contribute ideas, and engage in corporate activities and keep learning.

Consultant

A consultant is expected to contribute more solid insights and hypothesis. This role requires the person to drive insights and elaborate hypothesis for clients, solve problems and recommend solutions, own deliverables, work collaboratively, and apply methodologies, apply acquired knowledge and share with others, and contribute to business development by developing proposals.

Sr. Consultant

A senior consultant is the midway on the path to Partner. The role expectations include drive insights and build hypothesis for clients, recommend solutions and problem solve through challenges, manage streams, work collaboratively, and apply methodologies, transfer acquired knowledge and guide others, and contribute to business development by developing proposals.

Associate Director

This role entails guiding teams while working on multiple projects or even leading a project. The role expectations include engage with clients and facilitate communication, manage proposals on their own and lead assigned resources, work on multiple projects (up to 2) or manage a project, lead delivery end-to-end from ideation to presentation, and guide team members and transfer their knowledge.

Director

While this role is primarily to lead teams on projects, the director is also expected to start playing a corporate role and take more active part in business development. This role expectations include guide and review deliverables to ensure quality, manage proposals and generate business leads to grow client base, manage team through delivery and guide their development, manage multiple projects (up to 2), and play a corporate role and own business accountabilities.

Principal

The principal role is the final step towards being a partner. Although basic role expectations didn’t change much, the focus should extend from managing clients to managing and growing business. This role expectations include guide and review deliverables to ensure quality, manage proposals and generate business leads to grow client base, manage team through delivery and guide their development, manage multiple projects (up to 3), and play a corporate role and own business accountabilities.

Partner

A partner shapes the strategy of LOGIC and lead through its execution. Their role is to manage the organization and grow the business. This role expectations include strategically manage clients to build sustainable relationships, set directions and provide technical and industry expertise, conduct final review and sign of deliverables, grow business by building partnerships and growing clientship, and lead organization functions/markets and shape company strategy.

Sr. Partner

A senior partner is a more experienced version of a partner, they shape the strategy of LOGIC and lead through its execution. Their role is to manage the organization and grow the business. This role expectations include strategically manage clients to build sustainable relationships, set directions and provide technical and industry expertise, conduct final review and sign of deliverables, grow business by building partnerships and growing clientship, and lead organization functions/markets and shape company strategy.
