A leading pharmaceutical company in Egypt experienced rapid growth supported by strong technical and commercial expertise. However, the acceleration in commercial results created pressure on the organization and its systems to cope with scale. The organization required a transformation assignment to rebuild the company’s infrastructure in a way that matches growth and supports long-term sustainability. As a result, the company’s five-year strategic growth trajectory was identified and detailed in a business plan, supported by a new structure and operating manual to enable ERP activation and periodic, accurate business intelligence reporting.
