Case Background

A prominent Ministry in Saudi Arabia grappled with the challenge of effectively managing potential risks amid a post-COVID business rebound. In order to navigate this transformation, the client requested a thorough analysis of the various risks and to develop a mitigation plan for each.

Outcome

Our experts created a detailed risk register comprising 176 identified risks while providing over 800 preventative actions and integrating a communication plan within different departments. The risks were classified based on likelihood and impact, covering all operational areas. A robust risk policy was also established, ensuring improved service quality and experience. Which ultimately led to a transformative impact on the Ministry's operational efficiency and risk management.
