The SC Zone, Egypt's largest economic zone spanning 461 km, faced issues with clarity in roles and a lack of specialization due to an oversized organizational structure. Recognizing these challenges, the organization requested LOGIC's guidance to streamline its structure and enhance its operational efficiency.
Outcome
After a comprehensive restructuring and performance management policy implementation, the SC Zone has evolved into a further effective organization. The new structure aligns with global best practices, connecting incentive schemes and salaries with performance.
